The Central Park “Hat Party” documents an annual luncheon hosted by the Women’s Committee of the Central Park Conservancy to maintain the park as a “landmark in urban recreational life”.

 

This fundraiser helps maintain New York City's largest communal backyard. The guests dress up in festive outfits, topped off with all manner of hats, from extravagant and fun to chic and minimal, in a celebration of spring.
